- Consultations with you in-person, via phone, video conference or email
- Wedding checklist creation and management
- Budget determination and tracking
- Wedding design including theme, color and style
- Identification of vendors
- Development of detailed wedding timeline
- Seating arrangement management
- Setting up basic décor (and assisting vendors with décor set-up)
- Attendance at some vendor appointments
- Review contract of all vendors and confirm details
- Follow-up with all vendors ahead of wedding with timeline and vendor contact details

From the day you hire me, I give you the tools you need to keep yourself organized and ensure that your plan comes together seamlessly. This is recommended for couples who have all their vendors booked and need a little extra support tying up the loose ends. On the day of your wedding, I ensure your plan is executed flawlessly and your vision realized down to the smallest detail.
